A 40×80’ exhibit design opportunity is rare, especially when you are given so much creative freedom. Evenflo was merging with a European counterpart and they needed a fresh appearance at their annual retail show. With their current exhibit constructed mainly of truss, a sleeker appearance was the desired direction. This exhibit design takes advantage of lightweight aluminum extrusions with near seamless fabric graphic integration. The center meeting rooms are a panel assembly with frosted windows. Part of the goal was to retain the encapsulating nature of the structure to encourage visitors to stay, but the show-stopper clearly is the suspended fabric structures that canopy the entire exhibit space, reminiscent of the evenflo butterfly. This gives it a dominant presence and can be adjusted in height within venue regulations. Special consideration was given to mounting gobo lighting to the structure to allow their product to be appropriately lit during the show.
